Processing Time:
Your item will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Please exclude weekends and major holidays.
All orders received on Monday - Thursday after 4PM EST, will be processed on the following business day. Orders received on Friday after 4PM EST, will be processed on Monday the following week.
Shipping Times:
USA: 5-10 business days
Canada: 7-12 business days
UK & EU: 5-10 business days
AU & NZ: 7-15 business days
Elsewhere: 10-15 business days
Our shipping times are quoted by the carrier. Please expect longer shipping times during holiday season.
For international shipments, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays once your item enters customs.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
